I’m really excited to announce that I have just released the 3rd CD in my series, ‘A Sleep Story with Tottie Goldsmith’.

I wrote and recorded this CD as a supportive tool for children and parents to encourage children’s deep sleep and for when they need reassurance or just want to go on a wonderful journey. I have eliminated the religious and spiritual aspect of meditation so as not to clash with your own personal belief system.
